5. Idea Evaluation

IdeaHub reserves the right to review, evaluate, and select ideas for implementation support. Our evaluation decisions are final and based on various factors including feasibility, impact potential, and community engagement.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
